Quantity
Yes, all products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Since this varies by item, feel free to reach out to our friendly team for more details.
While it’s not standard, we may be able to accommodate in some cases. We’re always open to finding a solution.
Timing/Leadtime
Not long at all—our goal is to get quotes to you within 24 hours. We know your time is valuable! Occasionally, we may need to confirm details with suppliers before finalising, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
We sure do. Standard delivery is included to one metro location, but we can easily ship to multiple sites across Australia if needed. Our in-house production team is experienced in handling high-volume and complex freight, with cost-effective options.
Delivery times vary depending on the product, with lead times ranging from 48 hours to 12 weeks. Need it sooner? Express delivery can be available for an additional fee. The more time you can allow, the more product options we can offer!
Creativity/Innovation
Our in-house creative team is here to help. Where possible, we prefer artwork files in EPS or Adobe Illustrator (AI) format, with images at a minimum of 300 dpi. Some PDF files may be suitable, depending on how they were created.
Pantone (PMS Coated) colours are usually required. Once we receive your files, we’ll review them and advise on next steps if any adjustments are needed.
